Applications are not leases
A submitted application is not a lease until the office accepts it in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
Fees
The application fee is non-refundable once the office has reviewed the file, unless the office agrees otherwise in writing. Rent, deposits, and other charges follow the lease you sign.
