How it works
Find your next home with confidence. Peace Home Rental is built around private rental listings — a more direct and transparent way to discover available homes.
1. Search homes
Open Homes and search by city, ZIP, beds, or rent. Save favorites once you have an account. They stay on your dashboard.
2. Tour by appointment
Request a showing from the listing. We confirm a time, walk the rooms with you, and answer lease questions on site.
3. Apply and pay the fee
Apply from the home’s page. The listing shows the application fee before you submit. Clicking Apply does not charge you. After you send the file, pay by debit, credit, Chime, or bank transfer on Payments.
4. Deposit, lease, keys
When we approve an application we post the security deposit, then a written lease to review and sign. A signed copy stays in your account. Keys follow the start date on that lease.
