Rental policies
Typical leases are twelve months. What follows is how this office works — the signed lease and local rental law still govern.
Lease and deposit
Security deposit is usually one month’s rent unless the listing says otherwise. It is due only after an application is approved, before keys.
Applications and the fee
Apply from the home’s page. Pay the fee on Payments after you apply. Clicking Apply does not charge you.
